Stenting Under Intra-Vascular Ultrasound (IVUS) Guidance

Drug Eluting Stent Implantation

Specialist Treatments For Complex Disorders

We provide specialist treatments for patients with complex coronary artery disease, heart failure, heart rhythm disorders, heart muscle and valve diseases, and difficult-to-manage cholesterol and blood pressure disorders. We also provide specialized procedures such as coronary angiography and stent insertion, pacemaker and cardiac defibrillator device implantation and catheter ablation of cardiac arrhythmias, using only the latest and most innovative equipment.

Specialized Heart Procedures

To treat patients with complex cardiac conditions, we perform the following specialized procedures

Coronary Angioplasty

Coronary Angioplasty is a procedure done under local anaesthesia to open up narrowed coronary arteries to improve blood flow to the heart.

Fractional Flow Reserve (FFR) Study

A FFR study is used to measure the functional severity of a coronary blockage, by accurately identifying blockages responsible for the lack of oxygen going to the heart muscles.

Intra-Vascular UltraSound (IVUS) Study

IVUS is a procedure that provides better anatomical assessment of the coronary artery to help with therapy selection, pre-stenting planning and reducing stenting complications.

Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT)

OCT is an adjunctive tool used with coronary angiography that produces high resolution intracoronary images for the assessment of blockages and guiding stenting.

Insertion and Removal of Loop Recorder

Our doctor performs insertion or removal of battery-powered portable device, controlled by the patient to record the heart’s electrical activity.

Pacemaker Implantation

We help implant pacemakers that restore normal and healthy heart rhythms in event of rhythm disorders.

Cardiac Resynchronization Therapy (CRT)

CRT devices help heart pump functions in patients with heart failure or heart chambers that are pumping dyssynchronously — potentially increasing lifespans.

Renal Denervation Therapy

Radiofrequency ablation is used to disrupt overactive nerve signals from renal arteries to reduce blood pressure in drug-resistant hypertension patients.

Electrophysiology Study With/Without Radiofrequency Catheter Ablation

Radiofrequency catheter ablation aids in eradicating the source of abnormal heart rhythms in patients that don't respond to medication treatments.

We work closely with expert cardiothoracic surgeons to provide cardiovascular support when cardiac surgery is needed so as to achieve the best surgical outcome.
